Early Life and Education

Born in Tirana on March 15, 1953, she completed her primary and secondary education in the city.

From 1972 to 1975, she pursued a degree in English from the Faculty of Foreign Languages at the University of Tirana.

Teaching Career

Upon graduating, she taught at the Asim Vokshi High School of Foreign Languages in Tirana. In 1985, she joined the University of Tirana as an English instructor. She continued teaching until 1997.

Political Journey

In 1991, she joined the Socialist Party of Albania (SPA) and became a member of its leadership council the following year.
