Early life

D'Aniello grew up in an Italian-American family^[5] in Butler, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Butler Senior High School.^[2] He graduated from Syracuse Universitymagna cum laude in , where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an honor society for business students and scholars.^[1][2][4] He received an MBA from the Harvard Business School in , where he was a Teagle Foundation Fellow.^[1][2][4]
